What we are building

Ideal Homes is an English-first property intelligence platform focused on Kansai akiya, renovation homes, and buyer support. The goal is to make Japanese property research less opaque for overseas buyers while keeping legal, tax, insurance, and investment claims conservative.

Where we focus

Our first focus is Kansai: Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Wakayama, Hyogo, Shiga, and nearby areas where foreign buyers often need help understanding transport, renovation, utilities, neighborhood fit, and purchase risk.
